It happens to all of us. You enter a hundred character long message to someone and press the "Send" button just to see a Connection failed or any similar error message. You press the Backspace button hoping to find whatever you wrote but Poof!, it's gone.
If you face the aforementioned situation a lot (like me, due to unstable internet connection or anything like that), Lazarus is a handy Chrome/Firefox extension that you'd love to try out.
Currently in Beta, Lazarus allows you to set options like how long you want your form data to be stored (max is 14 days), whether to encrypt that data, whether it should store what you enter in password fields.
A newly introduced feature allows you to set up a sync account which you can use to restore your data in case of re-installation of browser or anything of that sort. Though this feature is currently free, you would need pro subscription once Lazarus matures out of the beta tag.
If you are not sure how to use Lazarus, see their ridiculously easy 3 step guide. To install this extension, head over to this link for Chrome and this one for Firefox.
