Rooting Guide for Micromax Canvas Fun A63
- Go to Settings > Security and tick the checkbox next to Unknown Sources option. This will allow you to install apps from outside of Play Store. If you already had it ticked, leave it as it is.
- Download Framaroot Droidiser 1.6.1 apk
- Transfer the downloaded file to your phone’s sd card and install it.
- If you had enabled Verify and Install option (where Google checks if a file is malicious or not), you might receive a warning stating that the app is potentially dangerous. If this happens, tick the I understand that this app may be dangerous. checkbox and tap the install button. If no such warning appears, you have to skip this step.
- Once installed, open the app, make sure that the Install SuperSU option is selected in the dropdown list.
- Now, click on Boromir (or whatever exploit appears on your device). A message stating that the Superuser and SU installation was successful should appear.
- Reboot your phone now and check if your Micromax Canvas A63 has been successfully rooted or not.
