HTC One X Plus appears on Nenamark Benchmark Test, Runs on 1.7 GHz Tegra3 Chipset

HTC One X Plus to succeed the popular One X

HTC has a reputation for being different from the league. So what if Galaxy S and iPhone smartphones take a year to mature, HTC has shown signs of releasing a successor to the mighty and beautiful beast called One X within months of the launch of the original One X, if a report from LandOfDroid is to be believed.

The handset which has appeared on the Nenamark benchmark tests has been said to be codenamed HTC Evitaire and has the model number HTC PM63100. According to the original report
"On Nenmark2 benchmark, an unpublished smartphone has appeared. The PM63100 or the HTC One X+. The handset is pretty much the same as the standard One X but features a 1.7 GHz processor and will run Android 4.1.1 . The handset has the codename HTC Evitaire and will be introduced to the US on AT&T."
The attached pic below gives us a hint about the specifications of the upcoming device.

Snapshot of the benchmarking results clearly states the phone as HTC PM63100
The screenshot shows the device to be running on a 1.7 GHz nVIDIA Tegra3 processor, which will indeed make the device superfast. The display is reported to be 1280x720 i.e. HD display. The fact that it is still in development makes us sure of the fact that it will ship with Jelly Bean onboard. Everything else will be a shot in the dark at the moment.

Stay tuned for the first look and specifications of this device.
